Eryn founded the brokerage with a clear vision: build a small, high-standard office where independent agents can grow strong, sustainable businesses rooted in real community. Her background in marketing and design informs the way the brokerage approaches branding, positioning, and client experience — intentionally and with discipline.

As a producing broker, Eryn understands the day-to-day realities of the work. She believes strong systems, steady leadership, and clear expectations create space for agents to focus on what matters most: serving clients well and building reputations that last.
